Returns on Mini Highland Cows

Because Mini Highland cows are live animals, we do not accept returns once the animal has been purchased and transferred to the buyer’s care. Each calf is carefully vet-checked and comes with a comprehensive health guarantee to ensure they arrive healthy and ready for your farm.
If you notice any health issues within 48 hours of receiving your Mini Highland cow, please contact us immediately at info@homelandfarmpets.com. We will assist you by working with your veterinarian and exploring possible solutions, including veterinary advice or replacements where appropriate.

Returns on Products & Supplies

For other products sold through our website—such as feeding equipment, grooming supplies, supplements, and accessories—we offer a 60-day return period under the following conditions:
Products must be returned within 60 days of delivery in original, unused condition and packaging.
To start a return, contact us at info@homelandfarmpets.com for instructions.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Allow 5-7 business days after processing for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on product availability. Please contact us before returning to confirm stock.
For exchanges, return the original item and place a new order after approval.
